4. BIR - Bureau of Internal Revenue Registration
5. Business Permit & Mayor's Permit
6. License to Operate a Travel Agency from The Cultural Affairs and Tourism Office
7. SSS - Social Security System Registration

8. Philhealth Registration

9. Pag-ibig Registration

 

SPECIAL NOTE: If you are dealing with a legal and reputable travel agency in the Philippines, then by Philippine law they must be able to provide proof of the the above documentation, if they cannot, they are operating illegally and buyer-beware.
